Dhruv C. Patel is a first-generation Indian American founder, rooted from Chicago. Dhruv has a diverse range of experience in strategy, organizational behavior management, change management, and product line development. HIVE, Dhruv’s previous company, worked on economic development projects valued at $10M+ in organizational growth and development.

In addition to his work at Syncurrent, Dhruv serves as the Treasurer for Superior Healing Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible healthcare information to Marquette County. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys competitive powerlifting, writing and perpetually learning all things life has to offer.
